Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt for merchandise credit only. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which will be generated upon requests made within 5 days after order is received. Please follow the directions on your invoice for making a return. There will be no shipping charge for returned merchandise as long as the merchandise is returned in original condition. Additional exchanges beyond the first free return will be charged return shipping of $9.95 which will be deducted from the credit.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, clean, not laundered, and with hygienic protectants intact. Please try on swimsuits over undergarments.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Store credit is good for one year from date of issue.

Shipping within the United States and Canada:

For all orders over $200, we offer free ground shipping to the 48 Contiguous States, and reduced rates to Alaska & Hawaii. Ground orders are shipped 2-6 business days of receipt of order. We currently offer two types of air shipments: Next Business Day and Second Business Day. Next Business Day orders received by 12PM PST will be shipped the next business day, pending availability. Second Day Air orders received by 12PM PST will be shipped within two business days, pending availability. Please note that availability is not guaranteed. If any item ordered is not available for shipping we will contact you via the given email within the processing time of the selected shipping method. Shipments will be sent with signature required. If a signature is unobtainable and a package is returned to LeSwim, shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Please note that during some holidays, we will have exceptions to our normal shipping times, which will be noted on the site.

US

Standard Ground Rate in the Continental US for orders under $200: $12
Economy Rate Hawaii & Alaska under $200: $25
Second Business Day Rate Continental US: $30

Canada

Ground Shipments valued up to $1500 to Canada are a flat rate of $75 inclusive of taxes and duties.

For shipments exceeding $1500, shipping is free. Customer pays duties and taxes.

Duties, taxes and shipping are not refunded on exchanged merchandise.

International shipping to select locations available upon request. Please email service@leswim.it to obtain a rate.

For International shipments, all duties are the responsibility of the purchasing party. Return is available for merchandise credit only with a valid RA number. All claims and requests for exchange must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. An RA will be issued upon request. The purchasing party is responsible for all return costs, including insurance. LeSwim is not responsible for merchandise shipped by purchasing party. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon receipt of merchandise returned in original condition, a merchandise credit will be issued. This credit is good for one year. Please try on swimsuits over undergarments. Merchandise must be returned unworn, clean, and not laundered, and with hygienic protectants intact in order to receive merchandise credit. Merchandise returned in any other condition will be at the purchaser's disposal for return shipment at purchaser's cost.
